Warranty

Fluidra After-Sales Service Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service quality.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Fluidra provides warranty coverage for products with technical defects arising from:
    • Manufacturing defects.
    • Damage during transportation carried out by Fluidra.
    • Products that are still within the warranty period.
  • Default warranty period: 12 months from the purchase date stated on the contract/invoice. If no documents are available, the warranty period will be counted as 12 months from the warehouse release date.

2. Warranty Method

  • Inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Replacement of defective components.
  • Product replacement when the defect is confirmed to be from the manufacturer.
  • Fluidra is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the equipment downtime.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are required to:
    • Install, operate, and maintain the equipment in accordance with the manual and catalogue.
    • Store the product properly to avoid impact, deformation, or moisture damage.
    • Provide complete information when requesting warranty service.
    • Recommendation: Maintain an equipment operation log.

4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Includes but is not limited to the following cases:
    • Products that are beyond the warranty period.
    • Damage caused by natural disasters (storms, floods, lightning, etc.).
    • Incorrect installation or maintenance not performed according to the guidelines.
    • Damage caused by external factors: impact, deformation, breakage, insect intrusion, etc.
    • Unstable power supply or sudden voltage fluctuations.
    • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by a third party, or do not use Fluidra-approved components.
    • Hand-carried/privately imported products not distributed by Fluidra.
    • Accessories: Warranty does not apply.
    • In force majeure situations, both parties will discuss and negotiate to find an appropriate solution.

5. Warranty Procedure

  • Customers are required to follow the warranty procedure as instructed by Fluidra’s technical team.
  • In cases where the product must be returned to the factory:
  • If the issue is determined not to be a product defect, Fluidra will not provide warranty service and will not return the product.

6. Warranty Period

  • From 12 months or longer, depending on the product and requirements.
